Broderick Wong's artistic journey started in Manila with a degree in marketing and a career in learning and development as a corporate trainer. While he liked what he did, it wasn't what he loved.
In 2015, he discovered watercolors.
His journey started with teaching himself and when he reached a decent enough level, he took a few workshops to enhance his knowledge and skills as a fine art painter.
Broderick enjoys painting characters, to realism, to fun art, even fine art pieces hanging in museums in Europe. He’s led live workshops, been a featured artist for a major art supply chain, placed first in live competitions, and had also been invited as an international artist to hold a painting demonstration for a prestigious watercolor conference in Italy!
Broderick’s mission is to re-introduce watercolors to a much bigger audience as he believes that the methods he’s developed can help others learn so much faster so they too can experience the joy and fun of painting for themselves. His thoughtful and well-planned lessons have already helped so many students improve over each activity, building up their confidence and motivation along the way.
It is with this mission that he wishes to make his passion for painting and teaching more accessible to a much wider, global audience and re-introduce the art of painting with water and color.
