Who would've thought that I would learn something about cooking on the Camino?
It isn't gourmet food nor is it local to Spain. It is one of the things I took back with me on the Camino that I have been continuing to do at home.
It is basic and it is abundant. More specifically, they are the ingredients that your body needs and will thank you for almost immediately.
I would like to make special mention that the person I learned this from is on this mailing list. So here's a shout out to Ivan and all the credit that goes to him for sharing this with me and now to all of you.
